The 1908 Group name takes inspiration from the National Farmers’ Union of England and Wales (NFU) which owns Acorus, PWA and Woolf Bond. 1908 was a pivotal moment in British agricultural history and marks the formation of the NFU. By adopting this heritage, The 1908 Group reflects the same values of resilience, collaboration, and progress that defined the NFU’s origins.
